Özpey Fresh Kashkaval Cheese is produced from milk produced from cows fed on natural vegetation in mountainous parts of Kütahya. Our breakfast variety has a slightly salty, elastic and soft texture. For home consumption, we have a more raw and non-burning variety.

Cheeses should be stored in ice cabinets with +2 degrees / + 4 degrees heat at room temperature, deep freeze.
Preserve in packaging
After unpacking the Özpey products, you can store the products out of the table by putting them back in the package.
Consume shortly after opening
You can consume the products you buy by keeping them in the refrigerator within 7 days after opening the package.
