WHITE CHEESE
Özpey Village cheese is produced from milk collected from farms in various regions of Kütahya. Different from the market, Özpey Köy Peyniri, which has a higher dry matter and fat ratio, is carefully handmade at every step of its production. It is a fresh consumption product and has a medium hard-elastic structure.

Cheeses should be stored in ice cabinets with +2 degrees / + 4 degrees heat at room temperature, deep freeze.
Preserve in packaging
After unpacking the Özpey products, you can store the products out of the table by putting them back in the package.
Consume shortly after opening
You can consume the products you buy by keeping them in the refrigerator within 7 days after opening the package.
