CLASSIC WHITE CHEESE
Özpey Classic White Cheese is produced from milk produced from cows fed with natural plant cover in mountainous parts of Kütahya. Özpey Classic White Cheese, produced with natural chicory ferment, is processed in two different methods as Soft and Extra Hard according to maturation period and it is ripened between 3 and 6 months according to its hardness. It is lightly salted and has a lighter aroma than Özpey Natural Beyaz Cheese and is the most popular type of cheese, especially at out-of-home spots.

Cheeses should be stored in ice cabinets with +2 degrees / + 4 degrees heat at room temperature, deep freeze.

After unpacking the Özpey products, you can store the products out of the table by putting them back in the package.

You can consume the products you buy by keeping them in the refrigerator within 7 days after opening the package.
